The default setting DOCKING_STATION_ID should have a meaningful value

Describe the improvement you would like to see
All the default settings values are related to the Kårstø site, this one should be as well.

How will this change existing functionality?
If using the robot at Kårstø there is no need to set environment variables as all the default ones point to that site.
This is blocked until we get the id of the docking station from the vendor.

How will this improvement affect the current Threat Model?
