Video stream is automatically displayed in fullscreen on phone

Describe the bug
When on the mission run monitoring page with an iPhone the video stream is automatically displayed in fullscreen. And when crossed out, whenever the phone orientation is flipped, it goes back into fullscreen.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run a mission run
2. Access mission run monitoring page on phone
3. Flip orientation of screen

Expected behavior
The video stream should only be maximized if prompted to by the user. It should not maximize on orientation flip.
