Allow setting tileMatrix id to be used by WMTS endpoint

If we have wmts endpoint that don't have a getcapabilities url, we can try to manually create it in the client by setting the tilematrix identifier

We would need to extend the handling above the standard https://github.com/stac-extensions/web-map-links to get the additional information in. For which endpoint do we need it, so I can test the new integration out?

Necessary for selecting a different projection(tileset) for Marine Copernicus data (currently EPSG:3857 is used, which has gaps around pole).
