Integerate FFMpeg Probe for parsing video metadata

Currently, the app doesn't parse any metadata related to video, apart from whatever is already provided by the file system.

Using FFMpeg Probe, we can parse the video metadata and display relevant information.

Note:

• Adding the parsing during upload can result in slight performance degradation.
  • Test & evaluate forked version if plugging it during upload Init from background arthenica/ffmpeg-kit#792
• Back Fill: When a video is loaded by the media_player, the client can check if the location or editedTime in the publicMagicMetadata is missing. If it's missing, we can run the probe command and try to back-fill the information silently.
