Initial thoughts

I've read the funding proposal and the first two sections. Take into consideration that I'm in no way a writer, just a dev and an explorer 😄.

Pros:

• cool idea, looking forward to getting more familiar with the eUTxO model

Cons:

• there's a lot of assumptions that I as a reader know or understand the account model and ETH contracts or how it's done in most cases or "other chains".
• missing links that would explain points further. You have a few lists e.g. Determinism, Predictable Fees, etc. I want to read more about those topics 😄. If all of this will be explored in later chapters fine, if not in detail, then a link to a trusted source would be nice.
• grammar mistakes
• at chapter 2 I'm supposed to install and prep all these things, but you don't tell us what we'll have by the end of the chapter. 2.1. should explain that initially, imho. Something like; By the end of this chapter we'll setup our test wallet, add test ada to it and we'll be able to check the current state of the Cardano testnet.
