Some states unavailable

I've managed to set up the integration for my Siemens washing machine and works mostly apart from some sensors are not becoming available or are incorrect.

The following sensors are unavailable even when the washing machine program is running. They were working for a little while before. Not sure why it stopped working. A button.home_connect_refresh doesn't trigger an update.

Another issue not sure if it is related is to do with the temperature isn't updated. When a program is started without options it will show "cold" whereas the appliance itself has 40. Adjusting the temperature on the appliance does result in an update of the sensor. But when pressing the button.home_connect_refresh it reverts back to "cold" again, (whereas the appliance temp is unchanged)

I've done a bit more reading and according to the API documentation the "Process Phase Change" is only available for the cleaning robot, not my washer. Which explains why it is unavailable now.

Strange though how it was detected by the integration and even had a status for a little while.

Still not sure though how to make sure the temperature shows accurately. Any ideas? I don't see anything in the log, but looking at the documentation it seems the API is only to getting the temperature options (per program) and set it. So I assume the sensor is only updated at the time the temperature is set. There is no way to read the actual temperature at a later stage?

In my case the idea is that the program is set at the appliance with the temperature, then the remote start is pressed, this triggers an automation without program settings (which are already set on the appliance), but with delayed start (when low electricity price hours).

If on the appliance the temperature at the program is untouched and left e.g. 30 degrees, HA will show "cold". Only when the temperature is changed at the appliance will it update.
