Describe the bug
Invoke button appears in random places

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Wizard
  2. Select 'Voting'
  3. Visit other pages and comeback to wizard several times.
  4. Scroll down
  5. See error

Expected behavior
Not supposed to show up

@mariopil I think we need useState or something.
