Describe the bug
When edumeet client disconnect from server because of network reasons, then the client should be reconnected to the conference once the network is back

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Join edumeet conference
  2. Turnoff wifi for 2 seconds
  3. Turnon wifi

After the wifi is turned on user never connect back to the conference.
This issue can happen frequently in bad networks

Expected behavior
When the network is back (In this case wifi turned on), user should be reconnected to meeting.
I have tested same with media soup demo and media soup demo client connect the user back to the conference
