Notification of Failed Workflow Execution

Description

Implement means to notify committers (and/or contributors) of Workflow execution failures.

Why it is needed

Workflows (Actions) can and do fail as seen when merging to main . To ensure visibility and awareness, it is suggested that committers (and/or) contributors get notified of these failures.

Possible Fixes

• Use a github webhook when workflows complete to send notification to a Discord Channel .

Thanks for the advice, I have notifications enabled for CI actions too but I only get failures related to my fork/prs not to main branch, pretty strange.
The discord channel idea is also good to me.
