建议支持PWA已经APP shell，现在支持PWA的浏览器越来越多了，支持PWA，以及APP Shell是提升用户体验的很好方式

APP Shell就是如何配置让app/wen/component/layout生成单独的可被缓存的文件，这样在切换页面的时候，这些公共的部分就可以直接从缓存中获取，可以加快页面切换的体验
