Query all topics at a domain [13816]

Hi, let say I have some DDS topics written on PC # 1 and PC#2 wake up and want to query all topic from all participants,
Lets say for a certain use case, PC # 1 has camera connecting to it and PC # 2 wants to know all available camera's on PC # 1.

Does FastDDS has an API for query of topics?

Something like ros2 topic list just using bare FastDDS library
