All lightcones should have circular cross-sections. If we drill one that does not (or is empty), we need to flag it and potentially discard it.

End of SULI status: Not much has been done with this issue, as all summer tests were done in in a field completely contained within the (0,0,0,0) catalog. The only action taking place currently is printing a message if the lightcone is empty.
