Problem with reproduction of first place solution

Hello I am trying to run the code of the winner hovewer it requires SnomedCT_InternationalRF2_PRODUCTION_20230531T120000Z_Challenge_Edition
that between others should include snapshot
Repository suggest to access it via link [1] that do not work (I have granted access after finalizing course).

The only files I can find in [2] are seen on the image :
