Projection of dynamic driver

I have modified the functions to locate PALM domain (c09ae7c). The previous version can lead to significant shifting in domain locations. Users may refer to v1.1.1_beta for the latest update.

However, after this modification, there is still noticeable shifting (a few hundred metres). This could be due to mismatch between WRF and PALM grids.

Reprojection of WRF data may be needed. I will leave this issue open until a solution is found to reproject irregular 2D lat/lon to Cartesian grid.

Currently this is an issue existing in rioxarray, too.
