Move 'Register Name' page to the top of menu and landing page.

This page is often completely overlooked by even well-versed people in Ethereum: https://namebazaar.io/register

They always go to 'Requests' first and then go to 'Register Name' after asking me why it's not working and even miss it even after saying its in the menu.

I think it would be best to add 'Request Name' in a submenu and move 'Register Name' closer to the top.

Most people come here to register new names, several people have asked for that to be on the landing page and the top of the main menu.
