Hi @Denscryto
I don't fully understand the flow that does not work correctly for you. Is it the signing into internet identity process, that does not work as it should? And I didn't understand on what device this then happens, on a desktop or a mobile.

Can you please describe the individual steps do do, e.g.

  1. on my desktip, chrome browser
  2. enter the oisy url
  3. click the "Open or Create" button
  4. now I see a "Internet Identity" window open
  5. it shows my identity number(s) in a list
  6. I click one
  7. now I see the passcode manager of my browser
  8. ...
    and so on

Hi @Denscryto thanks for the additional information. This seems to be related to the Identification Process via Internet Identity. I will ask for additional help from one of their development team, @lmuntaner .

Hi @Denscryto ,

Can you log in https://identity.ic0.app/ directly?

Which browser are you using? Is it possible that you were connecting with a different browser before and now?

To log in oisy.com you need to use the same browser and identity number that you used when logging in https://identity.ic0.app/ . Which you said you can log into, right?

Which browser and devices did it work to log in https://identity.ic0.app/ ?

The brower was Google Chrome do you mean? And was it always with the same phone?

Could you share a screenshot of the error you get when you try to log in oisy.com? (you can block the identity number for privacy, we don't need it)
