Allow passing the ID of an auto-scoped token (#885) in a sign-up request, for token user override (#886) upon user confirmation (by clicking authenticated action verification link).

As usual, if the captcha is missing, the user will have to fill it in during verification. Make sure to ask for ToC consent at this point.
