CLI - Add support for GTM API to create tags/triggers/variables required in a containers workspace #3

First thought on how this would work:

Implement a CLI script that Oauths with a users Google account.
The user selects an account/container from a list
The user selects a workspace in the container to add the resources into.
The CLI would check if existing tags/triggers/variables exist that meet the criteria needed for the adapter, would present choices to the user for options on how to proceed in the event of a conflict.
