There are widely applicable standards such as VoiceXML/SSML for allowing blind or partially sighted individuals access to web based information - as there are a number of service personnel who have, possibly as a result of injuries received in service, partial or total loss of sight I would suggest that adding such supplementary mark-up this would be a valuable enhancement to the online eMCM.
