0.2.0: Just enough to work

This first release contains the following features:

• schedules basic Kubernetes pods with podman
• configure kernel netfilter for ClusterIP services
• support kubectl exec and kubectl logs interactions
• emit Events for startup and image pulling
• support pulling images, optionally with imagepullsecrets
• report node status with:
  • our Internet addresses (for dynamic dns purposes)
  • system resource availability
  • OS and dependency versions
  • kube-pet-node build version
• request our own kubelet apiserver certificates automatically
• HostPath volumes + selinux labelling support
• support self-upgrading the node itself, on demand (update to version named in a configmap)
