Looking for a factory backup - Bricked my router, and didn't backup things first

I'm looking for a little help. I have a number of these, but I've never made a factory backup because I had no intent to ever go back. But, it seems that I need 1 to fully recovery a bad partition which lost all the original settings. I am using US models, but I don't know if that makes any different (i.e. if there are different versions of the original data). I know I would need to edit the MAC address using a hex editor, so it would be beneficial if you can provide the mac address of your device to make it easier to find.
Or if somebody has a better way to recover the mtd2 partition since my device keeps saying no MAC info when I try to fix it (meaning that area is gone).
