Mis-aligned number in annotation circle when numbers are larger than 1 digit

A minor issue but I've noticed that annotations with numbers larger than 1 digit (i.e. 1 to 9) do not align correctly in the circle (see image below).

The reason for using large numbers is I have a template map with all the Climatic, Doctrine, Inertia and Gameplay patterns on it, all commented out, but I find it quicker to then uncomment and display annotations on the map as when it would be useful to refer back to a particular piece of the framework.
