libchardet Installsation Documentation

1. Distribution support

   Ubuntu: from 14.04
           apt-get install libchardet1 libchardet-dev

   Fedora: from Fedoar 23
           dnf install libchardet libchardet-devel
           yum install libchardet libchardet-devel

   Mageia Cauldron :
           urpmi libchardet libchardet-devel

   Arch / ChakraOS :
           pacman -Syu; pacman -S libchardet


2. Source compile

   2-1. Quick Install

        shell> ./configure
        shell> make
        shell> make install

   2-2. configure

        libchardet used GNU autoconf and no option except default option of
        gnu configure. And, you can use follow environment variables.

        CFLAGS, CXXFLAGS, DEFS, LIBS, LDFLAGS, CPPFLAGS, and so on.

   2-3. make

        you can enable with -j option.

   2-4. make install

        If use with DESTDIR environment, you can test install where you want.
        for example, execute `make DESTDIR=PATH install`
