@katyhuff and @gidden should get together (likely at the ANS conference) to discuss how to combine our metric-related work. @cyclus/pushers should also discuss where the end product should live, this repository being one option.

Metrics are clearly in our current NEUP workscope and a focus of @rwcarlsen right now.

Most of the tools I have can probably be characterized more as "analysis
tools." The python scripts I've generated either extract or plot plain-jane
mass flows and temperatures rather than formal metrics.
