What happened?

The kubeconfig file generated by the Cluster MR has an ip without a schema, leading to tools timing out by attempting to hit port 80

How can we reproduce it?

Create a cluster, view the credential

What environment did it happen in?

Crossplane version: 1.81
Provider version: v0.2.0-preview
