According to https://github.com/cri-o/ocicni/blob/master/pkg/ocicni/ocicni.go#L338, it seems like the defaultNetName, once initialized, is immutable. That doesn't seem right.

It is especially problematic if that network is deleted, which is the case I've personally seen.
