Increased build time on CI

Four months ago, build time on GHA/CI doubled, from ~2 minutes to ~5 minutes. Those two build job runs demonstrate the spot when it changed.

Evaluation

Apparently, this happened without changing anything within the repository itself, so it may have an external cause.
It is not too serious, but still annoying and wierd.
