[node] Withdrawal Issue with 0.2.54 #2236

After publishing the node 0.2.54 we could not successfully withdraw

Reverting to previous version worked

Relevant version PR: #2230

In all honesty, no idea why it's happening, but happens on local as well as on rinkeby. Bixzarre
