Create webcomponent for individual map display

Create a web component that wraps the map display so that it can be easily embedded in websites. Should at least include configuration for the path to the data and config object/file for tweaking levels/etc (I would consider putting all this in a single referenced config object/file/url). At least the same Outputs as what it currently has.
