Whole Component rerenders,
so far nothing is supposed to change on Cesium Map-Moves, yet rerenders happen here.
If this is about location updates they should happen in some Sub-component.

Parent Component App does not rerender.

somewhat different from #152 which is caused by navigation events at rerenders the whole app.
