Clearly indicate the controls that can only be checked via the log events.

Motivation and context

Checks based on log events give imperfect visibility, which should be highlighted to the users. For example, if the log events for the top level OU is show compliance, ScubaGoggles will currently report "Requirement met for all OUs and groups," but in reality we cannot know that with full confidence, as a child event made have been made incompliant, but over 6 months ago so the event is no longer in the logs.
