Are there any plans to move docker-builder VMs to ubuntu 24.04 ?

It seems GitHub also moves to 24.04 by mid January. I think we can keep an eye on it and move too on January 1st. Or sooner if there are no issues reported.

Created #19 which once merged will bump the builder image.
