为什么你认为需要此功能

TIM 内置的表情包太拉了
之前可以通过访问 https://zb.vip.qq.com/hybrid/emoticonmall/home?_wwv=128 链接来下载表情包从而覆盖默认表情包，但是往往过几天又会消失

联系到哪些已经存在的 bug 或者功能

具体功能需要 / Detailed features requirements

表情栏移除默认表情，并且自动同步 QQ 的表情包列表（“回退”至 QQ 的逻辑）
