Add an option to freeze rows as reference

When visualizing different datasets, freezing the top row(s) can be very helpful to use as a reference. For example, when comparing the wastewater samples against lineages/variants.

• Add an ability to specify rows as reference/header
• Add a divider between the reference rows and others.
