@ilharp 希望能说明一下是以下哪一种情况：
1.QQNT无相关接口，需自己缓存更新群成员列表判断是否有人退群
2.有相关接口，但是尚未实现

会做的，但需要注意 QQ 本身退群消息都是随机发的，群里管理员清十几个人一般我只能收到三四个，所以本身不会有准确事件提供
