Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In order to offer services to artists who do NSFW work, and to service users beyond the United States, we need to move away from Stripe.

Describe the solution you'd like
Authorize.Net seems to be the most lenient of the available solutions while still providing some decent architecture features that won't require too massive a rework.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I've considered using a high-risk processor, but most have very little infrastructure and API, and have pretty steep fees.
I've also considered crypto payments, but this seems like too much work for everyone involved to deal with.
