I got this when GitHub was down, rerunning later fixed the issue.

I have also been encountering the same error since yesterday. Nothing has changed, so I am not sure what has changed in to help diagnose. The same script has been running with no problem for the past 8 months.

This issue happened for a day, then disappeared, and happened again today. I have made no changes to the project that could be a hint of this issue. I think it's either a GitHub action or a Changeset Actions issue.

Are you sure you are running the action on both PRs and on main?
