Underscore in service email address not previewed correctly

Describe the bug

I noticed a very minor bug when creating a new service. When I enter an email address with underscores, such as "rsp_uat" the preview displays "[email protected]" without the underscore. After the service is created, I see it in the settings as "[email protected]" with the underscore.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click Add new service
2. Choose any logo.
3. At the step where you need to enter the service email address (the part before ‘@notification.canada.ca’), type an email with underscores.
4. You will see the preview below doesn't take underscores in consideration.

Expected behavior

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Impact

This can create confusion whether or not underscores are allowed, and what is the actual sending email address.
