CITATION needs updating? #784

The CITATION file, which GitHub uses in the right sidebar for how to cite, seems it needs updating. The last update is from 2019, and it says

Greg Wilson (ed): "Software Carpentry: Workshop Template."  Version
2016.06, June 2016, https://github.com/carpentries/workshop-template,
10.5281/zenodo.58156.

Oof, yeah, that needs to be updated (though we probably will not be able to get to it until after May 😞)

@carpentries/core-team-curriculum maybe throw this on the task pile?
