Data issue for study: crc_hta11_htan_2021

I am trying to import crc_hta11_htan_2021 into a private installation of cbioportal and getting this error:

ERROR: data_clinical_sample.txt: line 34: column 12: Value of numeric attribute is not a real number; value encountered: 'Not Stated'

I downloaded the files directly from cbioportal.org as well and got the same error.

Hi @saxenanurag, I validated the study copies from both datahub and cbioportal.org, and they passed validation. I also tried importing them into a private cBioPortal installation without any issues. Column 12 (Polyp Dimension) in the data_clinical_sample.txt file is correctly set to NUMBER, and 'Not Stated' does not appear in that column. It seems like the columns in your file might be misaligned. Could you check if any changes were made to the files after download? Thanks!
