content-type:application/json时，执行(b *Binding) prebindBody，不会执行注册的unmarsh方法（binding.MustRegTypeUnmarshal）。time.Time非rfc3339格式解析出错就结束解析了。能否time.Time绑定json格式也支持binding.MustRegTypeUnmarshal？
