Hello, in the rnaseq folder README is this repository there are references to GTEx release V10, but I cannot seem to find it anywhere. My research group would benefit greatly from GTEx bulk RNAseq count tables, but the most recent release available was built in 2017, and so we would need to rely on legacy software to make our data compatible with said release. Is V10 not available to the public yet?
