Unable to get spreadsheet working/populating

Hello,
I have the above issue. I followed the steps attentively, I think I did not miss a step. Yet, nothing populates.
some details:

1. I am in several guilds;
2. I have 19 characters on the specified server (Magtheridon);
3. I copy-paste all possible to avoid double letters or mistakes in general;

Your first problem is...
Magtheridon is a US Realm, not EU

Second possible problem is you only set the minimum rank to 1.
you probably want to lower that to maybe rank 7 ?? lowest is 10.

Your color selection doesn't matter, just kinda changes the theme colors up a little.

Ok,

1. Mag is EU - checked against blizz
   

2. rank was set to 10 (wouldn't have been able to deduce that, thanks)

now it populated.

The current situation though, is that in many places I see the msg:

Blizz message: Not Found (404)
or
Error: invalid data received from API

I thought it was because I have not logged into those characters, but I did afterwards, and even after 30 minutes, the update is not happening.
I also added an alt to the guild, again after 30 mins - he is not showing.

btw - can I use the sheet with Excel on my PC or Google online is required?

adding: - some characters are not existing anywhere. I might have had them in the past, but deleted them afterwards.

You can whitelist all of your characters based on Name & Realm , so even if not all in the same guild, you can have all of your characters listed.

Same with friends ect.
