Option for non-proxy authentication redux

I've got the same problem that came up in #29, namely that squid 3.5.20 (in my case) will not take the authentication password from squid_exporter.

The PR associated with the previous issue was closed without merging, so the problem is still around.

The fix for issue #29 has already merged to the code with the commit b0a926e

Is this what you are asking for? otherwise could you please explain or point me to a documentation on how this password less authentication flow works?
