Hi,
I have a custom made (DIY) 6-DOF device and the device driver is also DIY. In an experimental test-bed I can get access to the 6-DOF inputs from the device. Any idea on how to make these inputs available to the ray-input ?

I found the WebUSB API , is it the right way to go ahead with this ?

Is this just for your internal use, or are you intending to make this more widely available?

Ideally, a VR controller should be supported by the browser directly. Can you make your device appear through the SteamVR API as a VR display + controller? Then it should work directly with any WebVR app, not just ones using a patched ray-input.
