As a repository manager I want to be able to read and write 100 objects with 4mb of total size a minute to provide my system with an effective disaster recovery solution

DP Solution: MUST Process objects sufficiently quickly to allow for the practical storage and recovery of 400,000 total objects, 180,000 of them with binary files of an average file size of 30mb, and a maximum file size of 20gb.
