in the dev branch I made the contract a markdown file. It looks better for the most part, but the spacing is wrong. Should I leave it as a .txt or as a .md, or is there a better way forward?

@michaelGregoire just curious your thoughts. I've never used github like this before, so not sure if assigning or just @ mentioning you a better option.

I forgot that you had posted issues. Yeah .md is definitely better. I found a couple tricks to handle spacing. I gasp made changes in master. I probably should have made my changes in a feature branch.

@michaelGregoire finally got a chance to look at this. It seems that section 7 was initially the only section with numbering/lettering of any sort. That section has just not had much if any work done on it, so no one noticed. I like the lettering better, but I wonder if we can get the same markdown look by doing a A. instead of (A). I will give it a look.

@michaelGregoire I don't know about lettering, but I didn't see anything and looking at https://stackoverflow.com/questions/48352733/how-can-i-make-a-roman-numeral-list-in-markdown makes me think it probably isn't supported.
