i use the loader from zte mf980 but not work
i searched in all of world wide internet but not find any firmware or loader for that

The cc3153 is Qualcomm so there's a good chance your device does not have Secure Boot enabled.
That means that the hash does not matter but you still have to find something compatible with your SoC.

after many time still not found any compatible loader for novatel 7730l.

I see a lot of loaders that mention the MDM9240, many ZTE.
You'll just have to try them.
Be sure to do a clean reset between each trial as a failure can leave it in a wacky state.
Of course those 10 second power button presses make it tedious.
If you have access to the reset line or can cycle power that makes it quicker.
I once checked 700 loaders on a device in the time it took me to make a coffee.
