keep precription.py and templete folder with templete.jpg in same folder of your main script

directory structure should be like this

**PLACE ALL THE CODES IN SAME LOCATION(UNZIPed TEMPLETE.zip FILE,mainapp.py,prescription.py,ICONvp.ico.)
**YOU THE CHOOOSE DIFFERENT TEMPLATES OF DIMENSION (600x849) AND REPLACE IT WITH PRESCRITION.JPG FILE. replacing the template should be done in folder location as well as in program too.
