This HOWTO explains the tasks leading up to a BHNT event.

At least one week before the event, inform the team at [email protected] with the intent to host an event. Ask for volunteers to help host, and for news, and possible titles.

After an event is approved, complete the following tasks. Typically they are completed one week prior to the event.

Meetup

  1. Create a new event https://www.meetup.com/berlin-hack-and-tell/schedule/ .

Twitter/Mastodon

  1. Share link to Meetup event on social media.

Trophy

Contact winner of last BHNT and request they either return the trophy or perform the handoff to the next BHNT winner.
